The rules for using airships.com. Please read them before you use the Site.

These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Skyship Services Inc. ("Skyship Services," "we," "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of airships.com and our related web properties (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Skyship Services Inc. operates the Site.
The Site is intended for businesses and for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site you represent that you are at least 18 and that, if you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other entity, you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your own internal, informational and non-commercial purposes, and to evaluate or purchase our services. You agree that you will not:
The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, photographs, video, audio, artwork, layout, design, code and the selection and arrangement of that content — is owned by Skyship Services or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
"Skyship Services," the Skyship Services logo, and our other names, marks and logos are trademarks of Skyship Services Inc. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
Third-party brands. The Site features case studies and imagery from past aerial advertising campaigns. All third-party brand names, logos, wraps, characters and trademarks shown remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for identification and portfolio purposes only. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation with Skyship Services beyond the campaigns described.
When you submit a campaign inquiry, email us or otherwise send us information through the Site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Please do not send us confidential, proprietary or trade-secret information through the Site's public forms. Any unsolicited ideas, suggestions, concepts or feedback you send us will be treated as non-confidential, and you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without obligation or compensation to you.
The Site is for informational and marketing purposes. Nothing on the Site — including any description of aircraft, availability, coverage, impressions, pricing or results — is an offer, a guarantee, or a binding commitment to provide services. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract, reserve an airship, or obligate us to fly any campaign. Aerial advertising services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement will control over the Site in the event of any conflict.
Campaign results, impression figures, reach estimates, records and other statistics presented on the Site describe past campaigns under particular conditions. They are illustrative and are not a promise or guarantee of the results any future campaign will achieve. Flight operations are subject to aviation regulations, airspace authorizations, weather and other conditions outside our control.
We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or up to date. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site, including any content, feature or service, at any time and without notice.
The Site may link to third-party websites, videos and social media platforms that we do not own or control. We provide those links for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, products, policies or practices of any third party, and a link does not imply our endorsement.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR FREE OF ERRORS OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKYSHIP SERVICES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Skyship Services and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Skyship Services agree that the exclusive venue for any such dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
